Annual General Meeting This Sunday!
July 28, 2013 - The BBRFC AGM is scheduled for 5:00 pm at Round Table Pizza. Please join us to discuss upcoming appointments, budgets and the future of the club. Of particular concern are the following club positions; if you are interested in supporting Budd Bay by filling one of these roles, please attend the meeting. If you can't be there, feel free to send us an email and let us know your interest!
Board Positions:
- Barbarian's Team Manager
- Treasurer
- Vice President
- President
Additional Volunteer positions:
- Equipment Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of field gear only. Enforces club policy on gear check-in/out. Provides inventory to the Club leadership for action, as needed.
- Gear Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of Club Gear - jackets, t-shirts, beanies, kit bags, socks, shorts, and so on. Bring merchandise to club matches, operates sales, and provides inventory updates to club leadership.
- Special Events Team - this is a TEAM of volunteers, led by a designated member of the group to help plan and coordinate special events - tournaments, social events, holiday parties, etc. This needs to be made up of active members - preferably one/two from each team, and a board member or two.
