The Potluck BBQ will be held at: 10815 SE Skagit DR, Olympia, WA 98501 Food, Family Activities and Awards from 3-7 pm Social (21+) and Camping to follow There are swings, horseshoe pits, open spots for a game of touch and swimming. The club is providing Dogs and Burgers for the potluck, so we are asking you to bring the following: Last name: A - H: Salad I - P: Dessert Q - Z: Side Directions from Yelm hwy Safeway: Take Rainer Road about 2 miles then take a right on Steadman road follow to the end and take a right on Waldrick road go about 1/4 mile take a right on Cowlitz road follow for about 1/2 mile take a right on Skagit road first lots on the left. Directions from I-5 : Take I-5 south to exit 99 take a left off the exit onto 93rd ave follow all the way to the end and turn right onto Old Hwy 99 stay on 99 for about 4 miles take a left on Waldrick road (Big Blue houses) follow this for about 1 1/2 take  left onto Skagit road follow that till you come to a big brown house and take a left lots first on left. Tatunka 7s Summer Tournament Recap Another great tournament has come and gone! There was a lot fun rugby to be had amidst all the sun and heat. We'd like to thank all the teams who attended! Save The Date - Budd Bay Rugby BBQ June 22, 2013 - Our on again, off again annual get together is on again!  Come on out for a wrap up of the season, awards, and plans for the future, and bring an item for the potluck (the club will provide burgers and hot dogs).  The main event geared towards all players and their families will be from 3-8 pm, with a social to follow.  Details of the location will be in a following announcement.      Save The Date - Golf Tournament August 11, 2013 - THIS IS A DATE CHANGE!  Budd Bay is planning our annual Vision Fund Golf Tournament!  Our previous event was a huge success, but this year we are really turning it up a notch.  We'll be playing at Delphi Golf Course, a beautiful course out on Delphi Road.  Lots more details to come, but be sure to save the date!  If you would like to get involved, or know someone who might like to sponsor a hole, please get in touch with Rena who has volunteered to coordinate the event. The 21st Annual Tatunka 7s rugby tournament, hosted by Budd Bay Rugby, is this Saturday at The Evergreen State College.  We need your help! Why should you help? This tournament is one of the largest club fundraisers of the year, along with being a great recruiting opportunity and a chance to spread goodwill.  Plus, its a lot of fun!  Come on out, watch some quality rugby, and help out the club for a shift. What can you do? We need volunteers to help set up and take down the fields, sell gear, run concessions, and other odd tasks.  We also need a BBQ!  If you're able to help out, either with time or equipment, the club will greatly appreciate it! Tatunka 7s and Vision Fund Golf Tourney

Last weekend was the Barbarian's Alumni match - a great time had by all!.  The weather was amazing, the turnout was superb, and the match was a lot of fun.  The Alumni team, which included 3 players from the original Barbarians squad, prevailed in the match, which ended with a final score of 49-21.  The real winners of course are the future Barbarians, who will all benefit from this fundraiser.  Thanks to all who participated! Along with the 7s tournament, the annual Vision Fund Golf Tournament Fundraiser is in the works.  Please read below to see how you can help with donations, sponsorships and volunteering.
