The Spring 2010 Season is underway - full steam ahead. I for one am looking forward to the exciting match schedule lined out for our teams - a lot of good rugby to go around! All the matches are now posted on the schedule page, as well as the club calendar. Check it out...
We also need YOUR help! We've reserved May 8, 2010, for our second Annual Budd Bay RFC Vision Fund & Awards Banquet and hope you'll join us for some good 'ol rugby fun, food and festivities to celebrate our long term goal to develop our own pitch (or three!) and clubhouse. Every year, we get a little closer to making it a reality... But, we need your help. We're looking for ruggers, family and friends to lend a hand to make this year another successful event. We have lots of ideas, but we can't make it happen without you.

Spring Season
The Budd Bay Board of Directors would like to remind all that the board meetings are open to the public. Anyone is welcome to come sit in a meeting, especially if you have questions, concerns or ideas regarding the club. If you are interested in attending a meeting or receiving the meeting agenda please contact Dan Smith: president@buddbayrugby.com. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, January 20th in the Tumwater City Hall at 6:30 pm.
If you want to know more about what goes on at the board meetings without actually attending, you can go online to http://www.buddbayrugby.com/minutes.php and get the meeting minutes. Minutes are usually posted about one week before the next board meeting. Meeting schedules are posted on the Budd Bay website calendar.
The winter break is over for all ruggers! Spring season is getting underway. The Buffaloes and Barbarians both began a cold rigorous practice schedule on January 7th and the Bandits started up the week following. The Steelheads will start Febuary 2nd. Be looking for the Spring schedule postcards in your mailbox. Also, keep checking the Budd Bay website for new schedules and other info.
