 | Hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July, and are enjoying the sunny weather! It's been a while since an update has gone out, so there are a number of important updates:
- The BBRFC Annual General Meeting is Sunday, July 28 at 5:00 pm at Round Table Pizza. This important event allows you - the club constituents - to select board members, review budgets, and help set the direction of the club for the next year. Please see below for more details.
- The 2nd Annual BBRFC Vision Fund Golf Tournament is Sunday, August 18 at 12:15 at Delphi Golf Course. This will be fun! Please see here, or below, for more details.
- Interested in earning some extra cash while enjoying the sport you love so much? Consider becoming a referee! A course will be available on July 27 in Seattle. Find out more here.

Annual General Meeting
July 28, 2013 - The BBRFC AGM is scheduled for 5:00 pm at Round Table Pizza. Please join us to discuss upcoming appointments, budgets and the future of the club. Of particular concern are the following club positions; if you are interested in supporting Budd Bay by filling one of these roles, please attend the meeting. If you can't be there, feel free to send us an email and let us know your interest!
Board Positions:
- Barbarian's Team Manager
- Treasurer
- Vice President
- President
Additional Volunteer positions:
- Equipment Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of field gear only. Enforces club policy on gear check-in/out. Provides inventory to the Club leadership for action, as needed.
- Gear Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of Club Gear - jackets, t-shirts, beanies, kit bags, socks, shorts, and so on. Bring merchandise to club matches, operates sales, and provides inventory updates to club leadership.
- Special Events Team - this is a TEAM of volunteers, led by a designated member of the group to help plan and coordinate special events - tournaments, social events, holiday parties, etc. This needs to be made up of active members - preferably one/two from each team, and a board member or two.
