2013-2014 Annual Survey
As you may have heard by now, on the third Sunday in July Budd Bay will hold its Annual General Meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for the Board and other club admin to discuss the state of the club with the members (you!). This meeting is focused on setting the framework for the upcoming 2014-2015 season, and includes topics such as dues, fundraising, recruitment strategies and areas of focus.
In order to help the Board prepare for this meeting, we've put together a short (5 question) survey intended to help set the direction for the upcoming conversations. Please take a few minutes to answer the survey and help shape the activities for the coming year!

2013-2014 Budd Bay Brother & Sister
In preparation for the upcoming AGM, its time to vote on the Budd Bay Brother/Sister. This award is given out to the single outstanding Male and Female who best exemplified the spirit of Budd Bay Rugby over the year - based on your votes! Click here to vote. Deadline for voting is 7/15, so get them in before it's too late!
Storage Unit
The storage unit is no more!! Thanks to Steelhead stalwarts, Coaches Quigg, Jen and Erica and Team Manager Laura and Property Manager Tom for helping clear out all the many years of rugby stuff from our storage unit. All gear from here on out will be stored at the Club's property in Tumwater.
Coaching Director Needed
The club is in need of a coaching director! After tackling the position last year, Trevor Anderson has decided to focus on coaching the Barbarians and developing the new property, leaving a gap in our coaching structure. If you are interested in filling this gap, please follow the link to get more information, and/or email info@buddbayrugby.com.
Coaching Director - Coordinate coaching activities, including holding coaches' training, recruiting coaches, and enforcing codes of conduct.

Parker's Pitch Work Party
The first work party at our new field was held last weekend, a special thanks to all who came out! Lots of work was done: cleaned in and out, weed whacked, planted beds, cleared out around the house and trimmed bushes. The place looks great - all the volunteers did a phenomenal job. Gear Orders
Order BBRFC Gear to help support your favorite player - and their club!
The Team Kit Order Form is used for Training Shirts and Team Kits (Shorts, Socks & Mouthguards). These items may be available in stock for immediate purchase, however, ordering at least two weeks in advance is still recommended ensuring receipt on time. You will be notified if your item is out of stock or will otherwise take longer to fulfill.
The Supporter's Gear Order Form is used for club gear including T shirts, Hoodies, Beanies, Jackets, Bags, etc. These items are not in stock - orders will be placed at regular intervals for all forms received by that date. Prices listed are contingent on minimum orders being received. You will be notified if your item is not available at the listed price or timeframe.
All Order Forms must be accompanied with payment in full prior to being processed. Print and mail order form and payment to: 5702 22nd Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503
NO ORDERS WILL BE PLACED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
