These items may be available in stock for immediate purchase, however, ordering at least two weeks in advance is still recommended to ensure receipt on time. You will be notified if your item is out of stock or will otherwise take longer to fulfill. The Supporter's Gear Order Form is used for club gear including T shirts, Hoodies, Beanies, Jackets, Bags, etc. These items are not in stock - orders will be placed at regular intervals for all forms received by that date. Prices listed are contingent on minimum orders being received. You will be notified if your item is not available at the listed price or timeframe. July 28, 2013 - The BBRFC AGM is scheduled for 5:00 pm at Round Table Pizza.  Please join us to discuss upcoming appointments, budgets and the future of the club.  Of particular concern are the following club positions; if you are interested in supporting Budd Bay by filling one of these roles, please attend the meeting.  If you can't be there, feel free to send us an email and let us know your interest! Board Positions: Barbarian's Team Manager Treasurer Vice President President Additional Volunteer positions: Equipment Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of field gear only. Enforces club policy on gear check-in/out. Provides inventory to the Club leadership for action, as needed. Gear Lead - Responsible for the tracking and inventory of Club Gear - jackets, t-shirts, beanies, kit bags, socks, shorts, and so on. Bring merchandise to club matches, operates sales, and provides inventory updates to club leadership. It's been a while since an update has gone out, so there are a number of important updates: The BBRFC Annual General Meeting is Sunday, July 28 at 5:00 pm at Round Table Pizza.  This important event allows you - the club constituents - to select board members, review budgets, and help set the direction of the club for the next year.  Please see below for more details.   The 2nd Annual BBRFC Vision Fund Golf Tournament is Sunday, August 18 at 12:15 at Delphi Golf Course.  This will be fun!  Please see here, or below, for more details. Club-Wide BBQ This Weekend, Sevens Recap

Tatunka 7s Summer Tournament Recap Another great tournament has come and gone! There was a lot fun rugby to be had amidst all the sun and heat. We'd like to thank all the teams who attended! The 21st Annual Tatunka 7s rugby tournament, hosted by Budd Bay Rugby, is this Saturday at The Evergreen State College.  We need your help! Why should you help? This tournament is one of the largest club fundraisers of the year, along with being a great recruiting opportunity and a chance to spread goodwill.  Plus, its a lot of fun!  Come on out, watch some quality rugby, and help out the club for a shift. What can you do? We need volunteers to help set up and take down the fields, sell gear, run concessions, and other odd tasks.  We also need a BBQ!  If you're able to help out, either with time or equipment, the club will greatly appreciate it! Tatunka 7s and Vision Fund Golf Tourney

Last weekend was the Barbarian's Alumni match - a great time had by all!.  The weather was amazing, the turnout was superb, and the match was a lot of fun.  The Alumni team, which included 3 players from the original Barbarians squad, prevailed in the match, which ended with a final score of 49-21.  The real winners of course are the future Barbarians, who will all benefit from this fundraiser.  Thanks to all who participated! Along with the 7s tournament, the annual Vision Fund Golf Tournament Fundraiser is in the works.  Please read below to see how you can help with donations, sponsorships and volunteering.
